Life is too short for stress
Hello! So, how are you all? Hope you're good.
The topic on which I'm writing today was requested by someone (anonymous).
No wonder how much discussions we do have on this topic each day. No wonder how many articles have been published. If you simply type 'str' the screen would be flooded with articles.
Why should I leave this hot topic uncovered that too when maybe my words become a healer for that 'anonymous'. I wish to The Almighty for that.
So, today's topic is life is 'too short for stress'.
What is stress? What causes stress? How can one deal with it? I'd be talking about all that later on.
You all know that I'm a story teller. 😂 I love talking. Believe me, sometimes stories and tales become a healer for you.
My granny used to tell me one tale:-
Once lived a man. With a big family but limited resources. After a long time, he met one of his old friends. His old friend asked him, "Is everything in place? Any troubles, any stress?"
"I'm living person. I have a big enough family." Replied the man.
"What a question is this?" He continued. "It seems like you weren't asking me about my wellness, instead you were cursing me!"
The man said with a pause, "Joy and sorrow keep on going in this journey of the world. Stress is a part of our life. I can get eternal peace only when I die."
"Troubles come our way. That too is a fraction of life. Just like sleeping, eating, studying etc." The man said.
We've to face stress every day. And We've to
fight with it each day. You'll have to do some stuff for that:-
1. Just rename 'stress'. Call it a problem or a trouble. The one which is being called since eternities.
2.Find out 'what troubles you?'.
3. Jot down the reasons that trouble you on a piece of paper.
4. Talk to someone; whether your friend or your family member; any one who could find a solution to your problems.
5. Wake up early in the morning some day, and just remember your God.
6. See the rising Sun and the setting sun.
7. With That, you'd come to know; if a trouble comes, it will end too.
8. See the weather changing all the day long.
Morning; cool and calm
Afternoon; too hot
Evening; again soothing, calm and cool
9. Do what you wish to.
10. Biggest therapy. Stay with the people around you and be happy.
11. Treat your elders with hospitality. And gather blessings.
Because, you yourself said "Life is too short for stress".
So, we conclude That, till your soul is with you, stress will ultimately be with you. Just enjoy it.
